Thank you to all our valued clients for your continued support. We have now fully completed our migration, and we kindly request everyone to use our new platform.

The mobile apps on Google Play and Apple App Store are updated. The new apps will not support scanning previously issued QR codes. For scanning old QR codes, use the previous app, available only on Android. Please use this link to install the previous version of the app on an Android device.

We have disabled account and new-event creation on this website, and these features will be available on our upgraded platform at dbook.in. Please note that events created previously will not be transferred but will remain accessible on this website.
Users accessing from outside India will be redirected to our international domain, ticketsfarm.com, as this site will not be accessible from abroad.
The new platform comes packed with enhanced features and important bug fixes. Bulk ticket downloads and CSV uploads are processed server-side, preventing disruptions from network issues. Live Support: We now offer dedicated live support, available Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, to assist you with any queries and resolve any issues.
Introducing our new "Email Campaign" feature, which allows you to reach existing users or upload a user list via CSV. Track performance with analytics like delivered, read, clicked, bounced, and failed.
We are integrating with PhonePe, CashFree and RazorPay. If any other PGs are required, contact us directly.

All the options in our new platform will be available except live support. But we are still availabe at admin@dbook.co.in for queries.
We now allow users to accept ticket payments on our platform using their preferred payment gateway. This ensures that all proceeds go directly to the user.
