Thank you for choosing Dbook Event Management. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your service upgrade purchase, we offer a refund within the guidelines outlined below.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of the original purchase date.
  • Refund requests for downloadable tickets will only be considered if the download fails to perform as described.
  • Refund requests for email campaigns are not eligible.
  • Refunds are not available for services related to the page setup for partners.
